Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at lilysdecorations08.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not hold responsibility for package that states being delivered.

All orders are given a tracking number in which you will be responsible for tracking your item and noticed of what carrier we used. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the carrier. LILYSDECORATIONS08, LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

LILYSDECORATIONS08, LLC is not fulfilling any international orders, any orders made internationally will not be shipped. If an order has been made please contact LILYSDECORATIONS08, LLC immediately.
